Datalabs is looking to add a Front-End Developer with experience in JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap, Nodejs, Gulp, GIT, SASS, and HTML5 developer, with experience in data visualisation.
About the Front-End Developer role:
The role is the creative coder who is responsible for building interactive data visualisations for clients and for extending the capabilities of our existing product suite of Interactive Data Visualisation and Infographics. To do this you will use primarily JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3. You will also be in a position to actively impact both development practices and new technologies adopted moving forward. Other skills that Datalabs is interested in (but not necessary for the role): SVG rendering, d3, UI prototyping, jQuery, & browser testing.

We’re looking to add a JavaScript and HTML5 Developer, with experience in Data Visualisation, UX, and UI.
Datalabs develops in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, in an Agile environment. Your Skills and Experience:
- Datalabs’ Front-end Developer will have:
- Experience developing in JavaScript, Jquery, HTML, Bootstrap, node.js, SASS, GIT, GULP and additionally D3 & Angular might be useful
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI
- A passion for creativity, visual design, storytelling, and quality code
- Curiosity for learning new ways to visualise data. This position will have the capacity to impact both development practices and new technologies adopted by Datalabs moving forward.
